Delivery times are counted from the day your order leaves us, after it has been prepared.
PREPARING YOUR ORDER
Each order is prepared by hand and takes 1–3 business days to leave us. Every piece is wrapped and boxed with care, so it arrives exactly as it should — its shape and finish untouched.
TRACKING
Once your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking becomes available from the moment it's dispatched.

Orders delivered outside [the UK] may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
